They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
