Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I'd stay clear if I were you. I wouldn't recommend them ever after my experience there.
