You better have a lot of time on your hands and nothing to do that day if you go in for a visit. I was left in the exam room by the staff twice as they forgot I was there so I was forced to walk into the halllway and flag someone down.
As far as urgent care not much better. I hurt my back and wanted to get it looked at but in Waldwick and Hawthorne I had to walk out after waiting 2 hours even though the waiting room was virtually empty. I got the impression from the staff that my time was of no importance to them. Thankfully the back got better on its own

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The office was easy enough to find. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
