I have visited this facility three times. Everytime that I scheduled my appointment, it was a weekday afternoon thinking that it would be a good time to avoid any rush. Inspite of this, I had to wait for an hour and 5 min on an avg. There was no patient rush, and twice I was the only one waiting. The facility was staffed adequately with nurses/receptionists, I counted 6 of them. They were just chatting with each other without paying any attention to patients. After an hour I get to see the doctor, who makes me wait for another 10 min and then apologizes for the long wait but does nothing about it. On one visit I had to get my bloodwork report. After discussing with the doctor I ask the nurse to give me a copy and she says that the charges are 25 cents a page for my own bloodwork. The reason she says is that the paper rims are expensive these days. A case of 5000 printing paper costs $42. How expensive can two sheets of paper get that you have to charge the patient for this. I would recommend this facility to people who have a lot of time at hand and can tolerate rude behavior.
