They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
