A doctor is only as good as their office staff. Unfortunately, today (6/2/22) I arrived at the doctor's office in Monroe after a 40-min drive at 10:37 am. This was for a 10:30 am appointment, whereas I was sent away by the receptionist, Samantha, for being SEVEN (7) minutes late. I explained that this was due to an unforeseen accident, but was still sent away. The receptionist explained that it is company policy to send patients away if they are late. I guess it's no problem if I arrived at 10:30 am and didn't see the doctor till 11 am. But to send me away for being SEVEN (7) minutes late is ridiculous. I will take myself and my family's business elsewhere, and I would suggest if you're reading this you do the same!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is alays pleasant and usually efficient. Dr. Foster is very competent though you don't get "warm and fuzzy" feelings during your visit. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. They were mostly easy to reach in an emergency. When I called the answering service answered right away and got me through within a short time.
