Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

2nd time that the receptionist scheduled appointments without anyone being at the office...sick and elderly people were waiting for hours without anyone showing up. The receptionist said "this is not my problem. I had an emergency and the doctor was sick. I just work here."
