Doc is old-school! He spends plenty of time with his patients. He is truly concerned about his patients and asks all the right questions.
In this day and age of "six minutes per patient" doctors and aloof gate-keeper assistants, Dr. Hershman stands out--he's personable, thourough and a heck of a diagnostician!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
