The office staff and nurses were very helpful, professional and kind. But my experience with the doctor was the exact opposite. His poor listening skills were matched only by his arrogance. He ordered expensive testing, prescribed medication that made symptoms worse, and did not care about the needs of this patient. Whenever questioned about medication or the course of treatment, he responded with vague answers and acted like he was insulted by the questioning. It took him over a week to review test results and only responded after I pleaded with the nurse for answers on the results.
this was quite possibly the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
