I have been a patient of Dr. Martin for more than 25 years; this number of years attest to my satisfaction with her work. She is highly professional in her manner and thorough in her pronoses. Dr. Martin talks readily with me as a patient--never hesitating to explain all aspects of my treatment when I have questions. Her quiet sense of humor is refreshing.

Dr. Martin is a rare experience in today's world. True caring, compassion, and extreme intelligence in one person. I was so glad that I found someone like her for my mom.

I have been to 7 GI doctors over the years and Dr. Martin is by far the best. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

I was recommended to Dr. Martin because of her expertise and I highly regret going to her. She is completely unprofessional and does not understand her patients. Everything I told her seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like she cared about what I had to say at all. You can make an appointment with her, but be aware you will be waiting for HOURS. I had to change my work schedule numerous times because she would make the appointment for one time and I would sit in the waiting room for 3 hours. She would then get mad at me for having to leave after I waited so long since I had to go to work. After receiving my test results, she told me it was necessary to visit another specific specialist. For one month, myself and the other doctor's office tried contacting her for my results. She and her staff would say to me and the other doctor that they will get back to us. Needless to say one month later, I have not received any paperwork. Finally, I got a hold of Dr. Martin only to have her hang up on me mid way through the conversation. I have never experienced this unprofessional behavior from any doctor in my life. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend her to anyone! I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer or spend their money on such poor care!!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
