Whenever I call, I get put on hold. I have been trying to get a medication refilled for the past week but no one returns my calls or my pharmacy's calls.

The facilities are in need of updating, when you call on the phone you always get put on hold, the overall feeling I get is that I am not valued.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

well good doctore but with the worst staff and worst biliing department. i have overpaid always and now that i found out they are not giveing my money back and keep sending new bills i have complained to my ins. so they will get the notice and i really dont want to do this since doc is very nice but because of her staff i have to they dont know word sorry or thank you no manners at all. very unrespectfull always blaming each other. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. they CHARGE TOO MCUH MONEY I OVERPAID THEM AND NOW I AM GOING TO FIGHT BACK SICNE THEY ARE KEEP ASKING FRO PROOF AND I DONT HAVE ONE SINCE THE BILL IS FROM 2007 AND THIS IS 2011 SO BE CAREFULL IF YOU GO THERE MAKE SURE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PAYMENT PROOF AND E.O.B FROM INS.
