I am surprised that they are still doing business. If you try to look up their phone number they still have the old phone number when they were in Stop N Shop's center and that number is disconnected. I have blood work that was taken last month and I tried to schedule my son's firefighter physical and called the number on the sheet that they sent me and even though it states phone 685-2529 it is a fax and their fax number doesn't answer so I still haven't made the appointment. Frustrating as hell. Otherwise I can tell you in the beginning of the year I had my physical and they treated me very nice( we have to have our firefighter physicals here)

Their procedures are.. messed up in at least 3 areas:
1. Calling. They call you (confirm an appt, give results, etc), their outbound number is the local hospital. Sooo, try to return the call, and the hospital has no idea what you're talking about, and no way to transfer.
2. Their hours: staff doesn't answer phones between 11-2, and various other times. I haven't yet figured out their hours.
3. Billing. You will go to collections inside of 30 days. Billing is managed in PA and all bills refer to PA, but PA can't take any payment: they send you to hospital billing. Hospital billing sends you to Snyder's office. And Snyder's office (point #2) doesn't answer the phone.

Dr. Snyder has REALLY nice staff, patient, etc., and they're great when you get through. But procedurally, they're a nightmare.

He really didn't listen to what I had to say; he kept giving me antibiotics and when I kept going back to him, he said "this is just you -- you know you always get like this." I had to go out on my own for a specialist because I couldn't believe I was getting so many infections. Because of him putting me on 4 different broad spectrum antiobiotics I have been hospitalized twice and am fighting a serious c diff infection. In fact I had to tell him not to do one antibiotic until results came him. He just wants to treat you and then send you on your way. In addition, the front desk NEVER answers phones; I always had to go there to make appointments. And, while hospitalized no one from his office ever showed up; in fact, the hospital had to threaten the one doctor to come so I can be discharged. In summary, do youself a favor and go elsewhere; there are so many other doctors out there who will treat you without judging.
