They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They are nice but somewhat overbooked and the staff is slightly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
