Caring, thoughtful and knowlegable. Saved my boyfriend by catching Leukemia early and getting him care. He is here today because of thesr 2 wonderful doctors

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Dr. Finan is so thoughtful and kind, I just love this place. She is very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that she has been doing her job well for quite a while and loves what she does. She was attentive to me and my concerns. I didn't have to worry about her arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. she has never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
