After suffering sudden hair loss and a painful burning sensation in my scalp, I went to see a trichologist in a top institute in New York City. They said I had signs of scarring alopecia and suggest I run (not walk) to my dermatologist. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Groisser because 1) he had an opening and 2) everyone else I had seen at the Dermatology Group had been wonderful. The Physician's Assistant examined my scalp and we discuss a few different possible diagnoses. Dr. Groisser walks in, touches my hair, tells me it is just dry and looks at me says, "You have beautiful hair. I PROMISE you are not going bald." I was a bit concerned that he did not personally examine my scalp prior to making such a strong statement, but was relieved that I did not have scarring alopecia, which results in permanent hair loss. I had a scalp biopsy and have scarring alopecia. As I lawyer, I never promise results; especially without assessing the situation myself.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
