I called to make an appointment and was informed that the wait was about 3 weeks. It was not life threatening, so I said sure. Maybe waiting a long wait time is a good sign. I get the the Doctors office and forgot to get money. I am a broke college student and I don't have credit cards. would take me 5 mins to run to the bank. The women informed me, "you have paperwork to and that cuts into your 15 minute wait window so your going to need to reschedule." I asked if there was someone she could bump up that was waiting and I could go after them. Of course she said no. Was very rude and when asked other women she said "I dun-no anythin." Very rude and did not offer any solutions. Forget going here because you can tell they don't care except for the money. The women at the desk are rude and its just a job to them. On top of that they offered no solutions to my problem and Shot down all the possibilities I suggested. Doctors set the office atmosphere, and judging by how disagreeable to the front desk was; I am sure that the doctors would be rude. They have lost my business and I will make certain that my friends and family do no not to go here. Furthermore, I am letting my Primary care physician know not to recommend them ever.
