Dr. Miller is an exceptional physician. One of the best in her field. I have had several serious skin problems which she has treated very well. She is very prompt. Very efficient.... amazingly observant. Very friendly... but more important, very good.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I didn't consider their waiting area chairs very comfortable at all. In fact, my back started to hurt while I waited for the dermatologist to see me. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The receptionist are the WORST! I called billing because I got the number off the website and she told me to call another number ,which I tried called the past week and no one answered, when I told the billing lady this she simply told me "oh yeah a lot of people have been complaining about that." NO WAY will I give them business now and neither should you.
