They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

There are times when I felt very uncomfortable in the office and made to feel my questions and concerns seem stupid. My second pregnancy was scary. Because of them not providing accurate care I had a premie because they didn't help maintain my blood pressure, they were aware of it and I ended up with preeclampsia.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
