Dr. Sundstrom is a great doctor. He always answers questions and is not afraid to look things up if he's not sure of an answer (a sign of a good doctor--one who won't give you an answer for the sake of one!). He is also very holistic, and will try to find the root cause of things rather than just treat the symptoms. I feel the only real issue is not with him, but with the overall way scheme of how doctor appointments are run. He wants to give each patient the time they need and deserve, but Renown will schedule patients back to back with less time than needed for the best care possible. Therefore, it is very common to have to wait 30 minutes for him, and sometimes not even have an appointment available for weeks.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care.
