Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
