What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Buckley has always found a way to see me with short notice, even when his schedule is full. He has always made it a point to make sure all your questions are answered and even returns phone calls if the nurse cannot answer something. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Buckley for over 15 years and have been treated very well.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
