They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly I was disappointed in that my doctor had left and they did not inform me and put me with her replacement. I did not like him, he was negative in what I had acheived in 5 short weeks, and now to top the lot I have just received a bill because he personally doesn't take my insurance. Not a happy person right now. Though to be honest in the past I have had nothing but good visits.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
