The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

This is a follow-up review from a very negative and angry review that I had written several weeks ago. Dr. Strimling's office read this review that I had written and contacted me immediately to get it resolved. The office manager apologized for the billing and insurance errors that had been ignored by the billing department. Dr. Strimling offered to see me again free of charge because he didn't want to lose one of his patients. The office manager and Dr. Strimling wanted to do whatever was necessary for me to remain as a patient in this dermatology practice. True to her word, the office manager mailed me a check for the total refund amount. It was in my mailbox 48 hours later. They were professional, courteous, and patient in addressing the problems that I had brought forth. I was very surprised to learn that this office even paid attention to these reviews, and I was even more impressed that they were determined to do the right thing in helping their patients and addressing their concerns. I am very happy how this turned out! Thank you!

Dr. Strimling is the best dermatologist I have been to in Las Vegas!!! I highly recommend him. I have been going to him for the last 9 years. I really like his brand new office. He and his staff are very professional.

Dr. Strimling is absolutely the BEST dermatologist in Las Vegas. He has a beautiful brand NEW OFFICE! His staff are soooo nice and professional. I can't wait I am going back next week for a photofacial and for a body sculpting laser treatment!!!
