They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I came in sick -- bronchial. She said "it's viral -- stay home, rest, drink liquids". My boss said "no way -- we're way too busy, get a doctor's note". My husband came down it & his doctor gave him a note for 5 days off work & antibiotics. I want back to Moseman, who ordered & x-ray & then said she "didn't feel comfortable writing a note". Six months later, still coughing, another x-ray proved nodules were forming in my lungs & she'd missed them. A decade later my lungs are permanently scarred, riddled with nodules & I have a nasty cough. What kind of doctor is it that won't write a note for a few days off work when you are coughin like mad & obviously sick? You do NOT want to trust your health to this doctorl.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
