Do NOT trust your health to this doctor. Very ill, but involved in a key project, my brand new boss wanted an MD note. I'd been with Mosemen for years & never requested such a note. She took an Xray, saw nothing & felt "uncomfortable" writing one. When my husband caught It from me his MD (no Xray taken) prescribed antibiotics & 5 days off work. He recovered. Six weeks later, project over, I went back & a 2nd X-ray showed spots – “Oh look! There were spots developing on your lungs last time & I missed them!” (I could see them on the 1st X-ray no problem!!). Now, over a decade later, after several specialists ordered MRIs & bronchoscopies, that original infection is confirmed as the problem & nothing can be done. I suffer from a constant, often violent, cough that has severely impacted my life.

Sick but involved in an important project at work, my brand new boss wanted a note from my doctor. I'd been w/Moseman for years & never asked for a note but she took a chest X-Ray, saw nothing & "didn't feel comfortable writing a note". Back to work I got sicker & sicker. Meanwhile my husband caught it, got a note & antibiotics from his doctor & recovered in a week. Project over but still coughing violently, I went back & Moseman took another x-ray. THIS time she saw the spots she'd missed developing on the 1st x-ray. Why? I could see them on the first x-ray!! She sent me to a pulmonologist who did nothing but a breath test & said I was fine. AFTER SWITCHING DOCTORS, I've had MRIs & bronchoscopies that have elucidated the problem. This constant, violent, chronic cough has dramatically impacted my life. ALL BECAUSE THIS DOCTOR, whom I'd been with for years & never asked for a note off work, "didn't feel comfortable writing a note" that would have allowed me to recover. Obviously she takes neither her patients nor her job (not checking the X-ray carefully enough) seriously.
