They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I was very satisfied with my visit with this doctor. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've visited. I was able to relax very easily. Dr Bigg seems like a nice guy, bedside manor is kinda "eh"... really doesn't explain everything that is going on and why unless you ask. they have lost test samples a couple of times.
