Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.
