I appreciate the friendly and professional atmosphere. Dr. Potts and his staff always go out of their way to make me feel at ease and comfortable. I am given a polite greeting when I walk in, and they always try to get me in as soon as possible. In 12 years of seeing Dr. Potts, I only had to wait on him one time---and that was for an emergency. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. In my opinion, Dr. Potts is an expert in his field, and I trust him completely.
