Dr. Schuetz was the 1st doctor in over 16 years to have me meet with her in her office prior to any exam. While I met with her in her office, she did not make me feel rushed, etc. She was very thorough with my family history and I just loved her friendly demeanor and overall personality.

The time she took with me and the overall care and thorough exam (she found a lump in my breast) was impressive. I am sure I will be a client for many years to come!

I was a patient of Dr. Evelyn Schuetz for several years; however, I primarily saw the nurse practitioner, Jaimee Puckett. I had an abnormal pap in 2010 and was very disturbed by the lack of communication regarding the results of it as well as the follow-up procedure. I had to call the office several times to find out my results; each time I was on hold for 10-15 minutes. I found the office to be antiquated, the staff to be overly busy and unprofessional. I had to literally beg the information out of the Dr. and nurse. I was given a pamphlet which seemed as if it was from 1970! I was so disturbed, I switched Doctors. I’m writing this review now because 3 years later I called the office to find out dates of my services. After being on hold for more than 10 minutes, I was told my chart would have to be pulled but that I would get a call back the same day. I never received a call back. I called again the next week and spoke with Vicki. She gave me some information off my chart, but when I asked questions she said that I should have been given this information 3 years ago. I was – but what a rude and unprofessional answer! I simply wanted to be refreshed about my very important and personal medical records! She said she could fax me a release and send me the information. I told her I was calling to have it explained to me and not read information I didn’t understand. She literally said she didn’t have time for me today. I asked if a nurse could call me back and she said she would do that. She was very snarky and VERY RUDE and unprofessional. If this office is so busy that they cannot staff enough employees to answer patient questions professionally and not keep people on hold for 10-20 minutes a call, then maybe they should think about cutting back their patient load. I would NEVER recommend this office!

Dr. Schuetz is a wonderful and caring OB/GYN. However her nurse lacks the skills to run the office professionally. I waited three weeks before being given lab results and only got them cause I called and badgered. I was told my chart was accidentally put away and that it was MY fault for not calling on them more! When I complained to the Dr., I was told that the nurse has documented that they tried calling me twice. Um...don't you think I would have called back!? And why wasn't this disclosed to me by the nurse when we spoke? Talk about covering her ass so the doctor would come down on her. I am a high risk pregnant woman and should have been on treatment based on the labs! So...I had Sprint send me a copy of all of April's incoming, missed and outgoing calls. NOT ONE CALL FROM THAT OFFICE THE MONTH OF APRIL. Guess I will have to let their office manager know. It's not the doctor's fault, really. She provides good care. But the nurse would not own up to her mistake and as a result, I suffered for three weeks for no reason, only to be told it wasn't their fault, it was somehow mine by the snippy nurse.

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
