I went to Dr Johnson and my particial hysterectomy surgery went well. The issues began to arise when I referred my sister to Dr. Johnson. She has the skin disease that Micheal Jackson had and it is about 70 percent of her body. She also is a 200 + lbs sized woman. When she went in for the appointment, she said he humiliated her in every way possible. He spoke of her large size. He made reference to her spotted skin. She left in tears and at the time she was about 45 years old! I vowed to never be seen by him again and not to refer any family or friends. SO, I found these medical records today with his name on it. I am seeking to have a pap done and I need to get copies of records from his office, so I will inquire on get my records from his office on Dunn Road.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
