Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
