I found Dr. Terrell and her staff to be very friendly and professional. This was my first visit and I was given some forms to complete. As soon as the forms were completed I was taken into the doctor's office. A lot of questions, Dr. Terrell was entering my responses into the computer as I spoke. We discussed my medical problems, Dr. Terrell suggested I get a shot during the visit. Working with her scheduling department was easy. From start to finish, the appointment took just about an hour. I left with a good impression of Dr. Terrell and her staff. I just wish her office were a little bit closer to my home.

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
