Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Definitely, it was nauseating

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
