They answered most of my questions but I could have seemed more interested. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was easy enough to find. Dr Barnard is very short/to the point. No chit-chat whatsoever. Electronic records seem to get most attention, but he gets the job done.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I have gone to Dr Barnard for 22 years . He's the best. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my health needs. His staff is is courteous and efficient. I could care less how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room are. I don't go to see the chairs. I once worked in retail pharmacy and would hear the horror stories from patients who thought they had to endure their doctor's snappy, rude nurse or receptionist. I have never experienced that at L>S> Physician's Group. .

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
