Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

My son-in-law Mike Thomas was just in the hospital...Dr. came in and told him if the pills didn't work,, call the office and they would change his pills...My daughter calls the office, the girl at the desk tells her to JUST go to the emergency room...This is a $50 deductable, 20% co-pay and to just go to theemergency room, when you won't put a phone call through is just unacceptable...and also very rude...He's got an appointment onothe 13th and I hope things go better than they did on the phone...Of course, the reason I'm writing this is because the receptionist has got orders from higher authority...so, to get past her is an act of GOD
