They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Dr. Morgan's staff was extremely helpful and attentive, couldn't ask for more, so no problem here. Dr. Morgan diagnosed a recurring back problem I was having as a muscular issue and only wanted to prescribe pain relievers, anti-inflammatories, and muscle relaxers. When I informed him that wasn't getting to the root of the problem and that I wanted to see a physical therapist to get to the root of the issue, he flat out refused to hear anything I had to say and refused a referral. He wanted me to take the prescriptions and come back in a couple weeks, since this was the first time he'd seen me for this issue. I suspect he didn't appreciate the suggestion I go to a physical therapist, as that would cut him out of the insurance payment loop. He told me that if I had more medical knowledge than him I should have gone to medical school. Dr. Morgan isn't concerned with including you in your medical decisions, it's either his way or the highway, you get no input.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

HORRIBLE Office manager! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! This office will try to use HIPAA when they are caught providing inaccurate or misleading diagnostic information. They love uninformed patients that don't ask questions! Ask the office manager how you too can have "Good Diabetes"!
