I had to see a lot of other staff and wait a long time before seeing the doctor. She was not very attentive to my questions and did not answer or really listen to them. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The greeting staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'm definitely looking to find a different doctor--one who is more responsive
and has a friendlier staff.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
