Dr. Koo is very pleasant and willing to answer all questions during an office visit. The office staff is very professional and the wait time is about average at 20 minutes.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.

I went in for knee pain. I hobbled to the furthest room in the doctor's office and sat and waited for over 30 minutes to see the doctor. She came in, looked at it, tried to stretch it, etc which is all ok. I mentioned my history of gout and suggested that was probably what it was (as I had no recent injuries). She acknowledged that it could be gout. But, she then told me that I needed to get an X-ray, an MRI, and schedule a visit to an orthopedic surgeon. I was floored. Was any of this really necessary? (Turns out, the answer is no - my knee has been fine for over a month now). She did write a prescription for the pain (med was typically associated with gout). Needless to say, I will be looking for a new doctor.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
