I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I have been completely at ease during each appointment here. They are friendly and cheerful and go to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have been no problem to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Formerly, it might take some time to get through on their phone line, but this no longer seems to be the case.
