Dr. Uhlemann is great ... when you can finally get to see him that is. From the 10 minute+ hold time trying to make the appointment to the long wait in the waiting room it is an exercise in frustration managment. There HAS to be an easier way. The last time we went I made the appointment for the first one after lunch - how could he be running late if it's the first appt? Lo and behold a drug rep was let in before us and we waited 20 minutes. Son of a gun I was angry.

I have blue-cross anthem. When I made the appointment, I showed them my insurance information. They made an appointment and when I went in, they told me they did not accept my insurance. What a pain in the a**

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
