Dr. Schwarze is fantastic! He took the time to research my issues and discuss treatments and tests. The only downside, is that he is so busy, he didn't call me with my negative results (which were good, so I guess he didn't see the need to). I would recommend seeing him though - just maybe call for your results instead of waiting.

I have been going to Dr. Schwarze since I was a young teenager. LOVE him, friendly and funny, always has good advice to correct my skin issues. I do have to say that I do not like the receptionist. I have never liked her (started going to the office around age 10). She is not difficult to deal with, I would never stop seeing him because of her, but I admit I am never happy to see her.

I have no problem with Dr. Schwarze. I"ve only had one appointment with him and it was fine. However, I have had a two-month long problem with his billing department. I paid my first statement from my insurance Health Savings Account. Apparently it didn't get processed correctly and my wife saw another statement come, assumed there was a problem with the HSA payment and issued a personal check with was processed. However - this was over two months ago and I continue to get phone calls stating my account was behind in payments! This - for a $140 bill that I've already paid twice. I've contacted his 'billing service' in Michigan over 5 times now, I've faxed copies of the cancelled check and the HSA payment record and yet they seem unable to understand or rectify this account. I'm done with Dr. Schwarze's services. No physician merits repeat business if he can't get his accounting/billing house in order. It's unfortunate because he's a nice guy and apparently a capable physician. However - if this turns out to be a negative reflection to my credit rating -I will have no choice but to get my attorney involved. I won't be back to his office..
