They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. I don't know if they are understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help, wait times are way too long and the waiting room is always very full. Whether this is scheduling problems (giving too many patients appointment times for one day) or lack of staff, I do not know, but the wait times are sometimes an hour or more.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I'm usually sensitive to heat, so I was a little worried that their office would be too warm, it's always too warm in the waiting room, but that's probably because of the 30 or more patients always waiting. Quit scheduling so many patients in one day!

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
