They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Dr. Veerisetty was able to help change my life by putting me on a healthier path, She discovered medical issues that had been overlooked by others, and I have to say that I am feeling so much better! I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than at this clinic..

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Dr. Veerisetty has been fantastic, treating me for the last 5 years. She has always been very attentive and caring. She takes time with you and doesn't rush you in and out making you feel like a number. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
