People are lined up early, before daybreak, like cattle at a gap. The patients , in waiting, are many of which you would not want to meet in a nearby alley. Cigarette smoke is a steady stream all around those who must wait patiently and some who are not so patiently waiting. God forbid you are there for an upper respiratory issue. Between the cold damp early morning air and the flailing smoke you may leave with a respiratory issue, if you did not before. I was there with a family member that I feel did not get the required care which was needed for their ailment. Not their first visit for the issue at hand. Finally, ended up in the emergency room at a local hospital. Should have been resolved by previous visits.
