I went to this doctor with a simple eye infection which caused him to order x-rays and a cardio. By th time I left I was scared shitless as he wanted me to come back for more and more tests, telling me he was worried about my condition. I don't know what to think.

Not only that they will not tell me what my last visit cost, we'll send you a bill, because we are behind in our billing!! AND it will be a day or two before we can tell you what the lab work you need to come back in and get will cost.

OH and did I mention he gave me a prescription with penicillin to which I am allergic!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
