I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
