I am extremely delighted with the care and professionalism of Dr. Schulman and that of his dental assistants and office workers.
Dr. Schulman is very easy to talk to, he answers all my detailed questions (and being curious, I ask a lot of questions), his work is superb, and he always has a warm smile on his face.
The dental assistants in his office and the front office workers are also phenomenal. The office environment is full of positive energy and almost feels like a spa.
For example, I was delighted with the quality of work that Dr. Schulman performed on 3 of my front teeth that were broken during a fall. This was the first time I had any dental work done, so I was naturally apprehensive. He put me at ease right away by telling me I can ask all the questions I had on my mind, and I did. He went on to install great looking crowns (with Root Canals) on those 3 front teeth that improved my look even better than my original teeth.
Excellent work ethic and caring craftsmanship from a very caring dentist!

Do not go here unless you want to be condescended to, humilated, dismissed and back over and over to fix his work. He needs to stop being a dentist. Do not bring your kids either. If he can make adults cry, certainly do not bring your child. Mine is ruined for life with dentists because of this office.

No, I left confused and frustrated
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Not at all; cheap and plastic

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a dental office. Very poor communication and service. After having the experience of different dental clinics and offices, this was the worst one. I would recommend the service of the UCONN health center, and been seen by dental students, instead of dealing with the rude service in Dr. Schulman's office. I have never seen an assistant be rude to a doctor (in front of a patient at least). Good luck!!!
