Use extreme caution when dealing with this dental practice. They do not offer any information on pricing, plan coverage, or treatment. You have to ask very specific questions to get any information from them. I found out after services were rendered that they are considered out-of-network for my dental insurance. This issue was discussed in May when I was first trying to get an appointment. They said they accept my insurance and by request they gave me a rough estimate for cost. They neglected to mention that the fees were more because they are "out-of-network".

I also had to wait nearly two months to see the doctor because he is booked so far in advance. They do not care about you as an individual and that is painfully clear when you visit the practice. I was supposed to be scheduled for treatment after an exam and x-rays, but the doctor was over booked and gave me a total of ten minutes of his time then charged me $69 without helping me in any way shape or form to get out of pain. He even poked at a cavity and caused me more pain!

I have requested a partial refund from him so i can go to a dentist that has time to fix my tooth. which I think is fair as he did spend those ten minutes with me and his assistant took x-rays

If you are considering going to this dentist try literally anywhere else first as he probably will not have time to see you anyway. he is not worth the wait

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
