My husband has been going to Dr. Shepard for about four years. The second year his cleaning was scheduled a few days before it was time. The insurance would not pay, and we were sent a bill. I refused to pay the bill, and Dr. Shepard absorbed it. The next year the same thing happened, and my husband finally paid the cleaning bill (he is nicer than I). This year he was billed for a filling that had been performed over a 1 1/2 years ago. I believe he will finally switch dental providers. That office has no clue about business practices. Beware, folks!

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

I now have a crown I didn't need. A cavity that didn't need filling and just nickeled and dimed me to death. Don't aske her anything, like a question, because you will not get a straight answer. While paying today I was informed by the receptionist that I had a cavity that needs to be filled. First time I was told about that! I guess Dr Weaver just forgot to metion it during her 30 second inspection. I like the staff, I hope they see the writhing on the wall.
