We live a hundred miles from Cheyenne. Had a lot of pain and knew what my problem was. Called early morning and got an appointment at 12:30 that same day. I don't know if you can always get an appointment that fast , but I did, He was very Professional, caring attitude and explained the procedure in an understandable fashion. I would definitely recommend Him as I will go to Him if the situation were to arise again.

Very gentle and walked me through every step. I was a little nervous and they did a great job of making me feel better through the whole procedure. They definitely did a great job with my dental work and all the staff were fantastic.

Yesterday was the first time I have ever seen Dr. Mead and his staff they were all kind and very professional and Dr. Mead was really really great. He is someone I will go to again, he is a gift to his profession and I want to thank them all.

I recently had a root canal retreated by Dr. Mead. The staff was very friendly and calming and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me as they were going to do it so there were no surprises. Dr. Mead was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing, it was done before I knew it. The first root canal I had elsewhere years ago was not nearly as pleasant of an experience as it was this time with Dr. Mead. This experience has changed my feelings about going to the dentist. Highly recommend this office if you need a root canal.

I was referred to Dr Mead by my dentist. I went to my dentist this morning and got my appointment with Dr Mead this afternoon. They were running a little behind but once I was seated in the chair, they explained everything. I was there for a root canal. I had never had any major dental work done before, not even a filling. Dr Mead and his assistant were very considerate and asked often if I was doing OK. As he was proceeding with the procedure, he was telling me everything he was doing and what to expect with every step.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Dr. Mead's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The woman who I spoke with on the phone went out of her way to try and get me in the same day and was very simpathetic about the pain I was in and felt my urgency to get my teeth fixed asap. The dental assistants were super nice and sweet and very mindful and careful since I am six months pregnant. Once Dr. Mead came in, the whole mood changed, he was very condescending in the way that he spoke to me, he talked to me like I was an idiot for waiting until I was six months pregnant to get the root canals done and was even more insulting when he suggested numerous dentists in town since I didnt have a regular dentist here, like I didnt know how to find a dentist. When I tried to explain my reasoning for not getting my teeth taken care of earlier because of how expensive it is, not to mention the fact that crowns cost at least $900.00 to $1000.00 a piece and also that it takes at least 3 or 4 visits to another dentist to get a consultation and fitting and temporary crowns....I simply dont have that kind of money nor do I have that kind of time, I am a full time working mom of 2 and one on the way. They didnt listen to at all to my explanations and he continued to suggest dentists that he knew in town! I was so frustrated that there was no point in trying to get in a word edge wise. He already had his mind made up that he was annoyed with me. When he started drilling my teeth, he kept getting frustrated with me when I would grimace or cringe in pain in the slightest way, either by raising my hand or whimpering quietly. He would stop and say, "I dont know what you want me to do, its either this or send you to get your teeth extracted. There's only so much anesthsia I can give you and you waited until you're six months pregnant to get this done..." And I couldnt speak up for myself with that big rubber thing I had in my mouth. He kept telling me to control myself because this is a very long procedure. When I would cringe in pain, my arm would tense up and he even went as far as to say that I need to control my anxiety or else Im going to end up hurting his assistant!!! I was in tears from the pain and from the frustration of how rude he was. After paying around 700.00 bucks for two root canals (thats after insurance was applied) I couldnt wait to get out of there. I cried in anger and frustration out in the parking lot. I will never go to that office again. I feel sorry for his lovely staff because they were just as sweet as can be and they have to put up with a guy like that on a daily basis?? The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
